Description: Dark and ripe nuances of banana, charcoal, oak,damp earth, cherry and plum make up the nose. Supple and full in texture. Plums, earth and allspice surround a cherry pie core. Soft tannins, black tea and a hint of orange zest temper the sweetness on the lingering finish. We really liked this complex and elegant pinotage. Must decant for at least 15 minutes to soften it up.

Note: The 2004 vintage is even better than the 05
