The lingering finish has a pleasant back of the tongue tangyness. We liked this wine (and its price) so much, I picked up another bottle the other day.

Description: Pineapple, gasoline and minerals make up the nose. The attack is sweet and loaded with pineapple and citrus. Thick and syrupy in the mouth with flavors of bitter oranges, grapefruit, nectarine and apricot. It finishes dry with a green apple tartness. This heavy white attacks sweet, morphs into sour then finishes dry. Black said, "it's a fruit cocktail. Hmmm, there has to be a cherry in there somewhere." We loved this heavy and complex white. Great with blue cheese, turkey and Chinese. Best served slightly cooler.Also known as Black Cat
