Description: This is an odd little wine. It's really good with spicy hot food but quite boring on its own. Hot peppers really bring some elements in this wine such as sweet perfume florals, strawberry, spices, vanilla, raisins and sour cherry. Upon opening it's a bit tight and needs a little air. Food Pairing: Anything that's hot and spicy such as Asian or Tex-Mex.
