Torre de Barreda Amigos 2002

  • Area: Spain, Tierra de Castilla
  • Grape: Tempranillo
  • Alcohol: 13.5%
  • Rating: Black; 89 Dilettante; 87

Description: The nose has aromas of black plums, oak, grilled nuts and smoke. The juicy attack is immediately followed by flavors of plum, cherry, spicebox, sundrided tomato. Damp earth and a hint of raisin gives this a really nice low note. It finishes warm and dry.

Food Pairing: veal parmigiana, jambalaya, roast beef
