Description: We weren’t disappointed. It’s a light yellow color with medium intensity and a floral nose. On the palate it’s full and lively with lime, pear, exotic fruit and salt. It has an exceptionally long, well-balanced finish. Under $15, this is an exceptional value.
Food Paring: Great with a fish fry (cod). This also works well with green salad, sushi and antipasto.
