Description: This wine has the typical tempranillo nose of spice, plums and wood. The sweet attack morphs into a vivid, puckery persimmon mouth feel with metallic undertones. Tangy, dry spice finish. The fruit is knocking, but it can't get out. Suitable for cooking and it would probably make a good beef bourgingon. Decanting 40 minutes loosens it up a bit.Price: $7
