Description: Dark fruits, vanilla and a hint of pool liner on the nose. Chewy flavors of sun dried tomato, vanilla, black currants, toast, and clove with a few floral notes on top. This spicy and rich wine is nicely balanced and smooth. Fruits and flowers float on a strong base giving it some elegance. Airing for about 10 minutes loosens it up.Food Pairing: Spaghetti, beef stew, spicy hot foods bring out the fruitiness.
