Description: Pale straw-gold in color with aromas of floral insence and straw. On the palate it's light and crisp with a bit of an edge. This has nice flavors of apple, celery and florals with firm tannins to dry it out and enough acidity to give it lots of character. The long finish has a bit of a tang. We all really liked this one.Food Pairing: fried chicken, sole
